Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. A HR professional certification is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of HR management experience with atleast 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and conflict resolution skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, effective organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Be able to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to align HR practices with business goals and provide insights to drive the company forward.
Uphold ethical standards and acts with transparency and accountability.
