We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Revenue and Ecommerce Manager to manage revenue and online strategies across four hotels in Kenya. This role will focus on maximizing hotel revenue through strategic pricing, distribution, and digital marketing, as well as overseeing reservations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies, analyse market trends, and track KPIs to drive occupancy and room revenue.
Ecommerce Strategy: Manage online channels (OTAs, websites, social media), optimize for SEO, and conduct A/B testing to boost direct bookings.
Reservations Management: Oversee efficient reservation systems, apply upselling techniques, and ensure guest satisfaction in the reservation process.
Data Analysis: Use analytics to evaluate trends and present regular revenue performance reports.
Collaboration: Partner with marketing, front office, and sales teams to coordinate promotions, availability, and pricing strategies.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest support, resolving issues and gathering feedback to enhance offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
4-5 years’ experience in hospitality revenue management and ecommerce
Proficient in reservation systems, data analysis, and revenue management software
Strong communication skills; knowledge of the Kenyan market preferred
