Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for the directors.
Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and professional communication.
Document Preparation: Prepare proposals, presentations, and other essential documents.
Meeting Support: Attend meetings on behalf of directors, take minutes, and handle follow-up actions.
Company Coordination: Oversee the company schedule and ensure team alignment across departments.
Cross-Department Communication: Maintain seamless communication between various departments.
Qualifications:
Age: 35-40 years, female candidate preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor.
Experience: Proven background in customer care, PowerPoint, and proposal writing.
Abilities: Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Personality: Flexible, resourceful, and able to handle various tasks in a fast-paced setting.
