Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Finance & Leasing, this position assumes a critical role in advancing the Asset Finance Unit’s strategic growth objectives. Develop, negotiate, and oversee collaborative marketing and promotional strategies with asset dealers to enhance business volumes, ensuring seamless implementation across all branches and relevant teams.

Proactively uncover and capitalize on cross-selling prospects across a range of banking solutions—including current and savings accounts (CASA), insurance, investment products, and trade services—to enhance customer engagement and strengthen long-term relationships.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments to comprehensively assess customer needs and provide customized asset finance solutions, while simultaneously driving customer base expansion.

Collaborate with vendors, dealers, and internal stakeholders to conduct product training sessions and support on-site marketing initiatives.

Collect and evaluate market intelligence, comprising customer feedback and competitor actions, to facilitate ongoing enhancements and the creation of pertinent, customer-centric products.
