Collaborate closely with the Senior Culinary team to spearhead the creation and refinement of innovative menus and product offerings, ensuring each development is underpinned by thorough analysis and precise cost calculations.

Responsible for orchestrating the planning and execution of impactful food promotions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximization of customer engagement.

Oversee the organization and maintenance of departmental areas through consistent weekly inspections.

Ensure the department consistently upholds rigorous food safety standards and hygiene protocols in strict accordance with the hotel’s HACCP guidelines.

Oversee and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards across all Outlets.

Ensure all departmental reports, schedules, standard recipes, menus, food presentation photographs, and correspondence are prepared with accuracy and submitted promptly.

Conduct thorough analysis of market demands and emerging trends to optimize food menu offerings for hotel guests and the local community.

Collaborate with management across various departments within your scope of responsibility to cultivate and sustain productive working relationships with them.

Engage with local community representatives and prospective guests, as necessary.

Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. Prior experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
