Digital Marketing Executive Sales & Marketing Manager Sales Agent

Our Client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive who will collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing Manager, as well as our internal marketing team, to plan, develop, and implement a robust digital marketing strategy aimed at reaching a wider audience and fostering stronger relationships with our customers. This role is crucial for managing our social media presence, corporate communications, and digital marketing project management. Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Utilize your expertise in graphic design to create compelling visual content for our digital platforms.
Ensure timely completion of creative artwork and designs for various campaigns and promotions.
Manage our content management system (CMS), ensuring SEO optimization, content currency, consistent tone of voice, and clear user journey.
Monitor and measure the performance of website content against established KPIs.
Optimize website structure and content to enhance discover ability and drive relevant traffic.
Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with online objectives.
Write engaging content tailored for diverse audiences, adhering to brand guidelines.
Conduct website data management and analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Social Media Management:

Plan and coordinate a dynamic activity schedule across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms to expand our social media audience.
Drive continuous growth of the company’s digital brand through follower engagement and outreach, in line with the Marketing Plan.
Respond to online inquiries and manage business leads generated from social media channels, aiming to increase business opportunities.
Advise and formulate strategic, innovative digital advertising and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Sales Conversion:

Develop strategies to convert online visits into sales, utilizing effective calls to action and user-friendly experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2 -4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
