As a Marketing Intern, you will serve as a key liaison between marketing initiatives and admissions efforts, engaging with inbound leads, fostering relationships with prospective families, and enhancing DISC’s brand visibility across digital platforms.

Act as the initial point of contact for inbound inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media, engaging with potential clients professionally, assessing their needs to qualify leads, and scheduling campus visits accordingly.

Craft engaging digital content: Develop dynamic social media posts, reels, newsletters, and marketing materials with Canva and AI tools to strengthen DISC’s online footprint across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Maintain CRM integrity by logging all lead interactions within Pipedrive, updating pipeline stages meticulously, and preserving data accuracy to empower the admissions team with reliable reporting capabilities.

Provide comprehensive support for campaigns from inception to completion, including assisting with enrollment-season initiatives, open house events, and school activities across all DISC campuses, from initial briefing to post-event reporting.

Your work will play a critical role in driving lead conversion rates, boosting enrollment numbers, and strengthening DISC’s brand visibility, positioning you as a key contributor to the school’s strategic growth objectives.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance productivity, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation to drive continuous improvement across departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, analyzing data to identify trends, address gaps, and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, ensuring alignment with company goals while maintaining clear communication channels.

Demonstrates expertise in lead screening processes with a strong focus on effective conversion strategies.

Manage incoming inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media direct messages, ensuring responses are provided within the agreed service-level agreement.

Conduct initial screening calls utilizing a standardized qualification script to evaluate parents’ requirements, alignment with the curriculum, and desired timeline.

Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining leads in Pipedrive, progressing them through every stage of the pipeline—spanning from initial lead capture to the scheduling of campus visits.

Develop and maintain engagement with potential clients by sending tailored follow-up communications, distributing informative school materials, and extending invitations to relevant events.

Schedule campus visits and open day engagements, ensuring to notify the Admission Manager in advance of each event.

Each week, you will provide a detailed report to the Admission Manager summarizing lead volume, response times, qualification rates, and conversion metrics.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and enhance our marketing content and digital presence. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content strategies, manage social media platforms, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Requirements include proficiency in content creation tools, experience with SEO and analytics, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends. Responsibilities encompass creating marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.

Develop and oversee a monthly social media content calendar tailored to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for all DISC campuses.

Create engaging content including social media posts, stories, reels, newsletters, brochures, and event flyers using Canva and AI-powered writing tools, ensuring alignment with ENSO’s brand guidelines.

Produce high-quality photographs and basic video recordings of school events, campus life, and student activities to be utilized across various marketing platforms.

Prepare engaging communications aimed at parents, such as newsletters, invitations to open days, and follow-up materials for campaigns.

Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making and organizational objectives.

Perform routine competitor analyses to assess their market positioning, fee structures, and messaging strategies.

Monitor and evaluate social media performance, website traffic, and campaign outcomes by leveraging platform-specific analytics tools alongside Google Analytics for comprehensive reporting.

Oversee the integrity and organization of marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact records within Pipedrive.
