Job Requirement

A person shall be qualified for appointment for this job if;

They possess Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from a recognized University.
Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing.
 Must have served satisfactorily as an Advocate of the High Court for at least three (3) years.
 They have demonstrated professional competence in work performance and results.
They demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
They meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya.

Job Description

Interpreting the Constitution statutes and subsidiary legislation for the County Government department entities.
Conducting research for legal and on behalf of County Government and its entities on various challenges encountered in the implementation of their legal mandate.
Offering legal advice on legal issues affecting the County.
 Preparation of legal opinions and briefs.
