The successful candidates will have experience in tele-sales, sales negotiation skills, good English grammar, which is required to write proposal; and very clearly spoken English of international standard. Successful candidates are likely to be team players and highly motivated; very confident, ambitious and target driven in order to achieve the goals of the job.
Duties and responsibilities include contacting prospects from across Africa, Europe, Asia and North and South America on social media, or by email then engaging in conversations by telephone to promote Corporate Africa projects, then sending out proposals to participate. You are also required to generate and research leads on social media, visits to conferences and exhibitions, or through other media and maintain an up to date database of leads approved by the company.
During the first three months probation period you will be trained to carry out the all aspects of the job including how to motivate and close clients. After the probation period there will be a salary increase and ongoing training will take place until Advertising Project Manager status has been attained usually within the first year.
The Salary range is 30,000 to 50,000 Kenyan shillings plus 5 to 10 percent commission on sales.
