As a Human Resource YP, the candidate will work with our People and Culture team across various aspects of People management, applying analytical skills to enhance processes. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in People operations and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting
Gather, analyze, and interpret People-related data to support decisions and policy development.
Maintain People dashboards
Identify trends and insights from HR data to recommend improvements in People processes and programs.
Talent Acquisition
Support acquisition activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and coordinating training sessions.
Employee Engagement and Development
Plan employee engagement activities and events..
People & Culture Projects
Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in HR and data analytics to inform project recommendations.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the P&C team, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
