Role Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing top-tier service. One should be an efficient communicator, adept at problem-solving, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences for Mwananchi Credit Limited.
Qualifications:
The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Customer service representative
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Experience in Sales and has handled operations in a microfinance or financial service industry
Desired Skills:
Result-oriented – Resolve product and service issues promptly and effectively.
Communication skills – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Professional skills – Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer inter- actions.
Records management – Update customer accounts with relevant information, including resolving issues, updating personal details, and processing service requests
Attention to Detail – Ensure all customer interactions are documented correctly and that customer requests are fully addressed.
Reporting skills — Prepare a well-drafted report on daily tasks to the supervisor highlighting gaps, improvements and customer recurring issues.
Product and Service Knowledge- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide informed recommendations and accurate information to customers.
