Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for creating a positive and engaging workplace environment that promotes employee development, inclusion, and high performance. This role is critical in managing and utilizing talent effectively, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and leading initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.

The Human Resource Manager will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive HR strategy, implement training and development programs, manage change, and ensure the overall well-being of staff. They will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing hiring requests, and creating a talent pipeline that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Admirable skills

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Member of the Institute of Human Resource (MIHRM).
Certified Human Resource Practitioner.
Proven experience not less than 5 years management as a people and culture manager, HR business partner, or similar role, with a strong focus on end-to-end Human Resources leadership.
Strong understanding of HR practices, talent management, recruitment and learning and development strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in managing change and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Working Environment

The role is office-based in Kenya, with standard business hours. It involves collaborative work with various departments and may require occasional overtime during peak periods or for special projects.
