The Pilots and Partnerships Manager will manage the execution and oversight of 4G Capital’s pilot projects and strategic partnerships. The role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring successful delivery of pilots, and fostering long-term partnerships that expand the company’s suite of products and services. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the Pilots and Partnerships Manager ensures alignment with 4G Capital’s vision and long-term strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead the planning and execution of pilot projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones and objectives are met within budget and timelines.
Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of pilots.
Maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and resolve any issues to ensure pilot success.
Partnership Management:
Establish, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to drive 4G Capital’s pilot initiatives.
Foster long-term relationships that align with 4G Capital’s growth and product expansion goals.
Pilot Execution:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of pilot projects, ensuring all aspects of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, support, and collections) are efficiently managed.
Act as the key point of contact for internal teams and external partners involved in pilot activities.
Operational Handover:
Facilitate a smooth transition from pilot to full-scale operational rollouts once pilot objectives have been met.
Ensure SOPs are developed and documented, and responsible teams are assigned for ongoing management.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
Design and implement a performance measurement framework to evaluate the success of pilots and partnerships.
Report on key metrics and insights from pilot programs to senior management, providing recommendations for scaling and improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the pilot phases and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
Required Skills for a Pilots & Partnerships Manager
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, product management, or partnership management.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven track record in managing and delivering projects in financial services or technology-driven environments.
Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality outcomes.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile is desirable
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to maintain strong partnerships.
Ability to understand and address customer needs throughout the pilot lifecycle.
Experience in managing customer-facing initiatives and improving customer engagement.
Proficiency in data analysis to measure pilot performance and inform decision-making.
Experience in creating and utilizing KPIs to gauge the success of pilots and partnerships.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and overcome challenges.
