In this position you will be responsible for driving growth of parts, lubes and accessories sales in Rift Valley & Western region.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Parts & Accessories, the position will be responsible for:
Generating new Aftersales business through 1S dealers, Mashinani, Distributor and Key account fleet customer engagements in the assigned region.
Developing initiatives to support growth and profitability of Parts, lubes and accessories business.
Driving implementation of the Isuzu EA Aftersales Policy and Parts Business Manual in the region.
Participating in marketing activities organized by dealers in the region.
Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports.
Growing customer satisfaction index in the region.
Offering support in Electronic Parts Catalogue installation, training, license renewals and activation of new branches.
Expanding Maxit market penetration in the region.
Minimum requirements are as follows:
Bachelor’s degree (Upper second).
KCSE Mean Grade B+.
Five years’ relevant experience.
