Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and consistency.
Assist in training and developing staff to maintain high service standards.
Manage inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and monitor cost control.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Support the Food and Beverage Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food and beverage management systems and best practices.
