Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners to maximize their sales potential.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Joint Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing efforts, including promotions, product launches, and events.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with channel partners in a timely manner.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Experience in channel sales or development is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
