Responsible for delivering exceptional service to VIP clients on private flights. Their primary focus is to provide top-notch service, personalized attention, and safety compliance during private flights. Here are the key aspects of their role

Responsible for safety equipment, panels, Lavatories and security check, Catering and Cabin readiness and report to Head of the Cabin crew                                       

CHARACTERISTICS OF AN I-SAL FLIGHT ATTENDANT
Professional individuals with experience delivering elevated service in an upscale environment (e.g., fine dining five-star hotel, private yachting, or country club). Flight attendants must also embody the interests of Owners and fellow I-SAL team members. Specifically, committed to the following:

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Flight attendants are responsible for leading emergency landing exit procedures, which includes lifting emergency doors and life rafts (up to 65 pounds)
Owners bring baggage and cargo of various sizes and weights that will be loaded by Crewmembers
Animals (including, but not limited to, dogs, cats, and birds) can and will be carried aboard the aircraft in the main cabin. Animals are not usually in cages. This means I-SAL flight attendants have direct contact with animal hair, feathers, etc.
With a few exceptions, the maximum required duty day is 14 hours. However, international travel and duty may require you to work beyond that
The minimum rest period is 10 hours, with extended rest periods at the conclusion of certain international duty periods

Scope and purpose
Safety and Comfort of Passengers:

Greeting Passengers: Warmly welcoming passengers on board.
Serving Meals: Providing personalized meal service.
Cabin Maintenance: Ensuring a clean and comfortable cabin environment.
In-Flight Assistance: Attending to passenger needs during the flight (e.g., pillows, blankets, entertainment setup).

Emergency Preparedness:

Safety Briefing: Conducting safety briefings with passengers.
Safety Checks: Verifying safety equipment status, location, and quantity.
Emergency Procedures: Being prepared to handle emergencies effectively.

Ground Services and VIP Treatment:

Flight Itinerary Planning: Coordinating flight schedules, destinations. Catering and special request.
Ground Transportation: Arranging transportation for passengers if necessary
VIP Services: Catering to specific needs of high-profile clients.

Resource Management:

Luggage Handling: Managing luggage and cargo.
Crew Coordination: Efficiently working with other crew members.

Professionalism and Discretion:

Confidentiality: Respecting passengers’ privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
Polished Appearance: Upholding a professional image.

Customer Service Excellence:

Personalized Attention: Providing exceptional service to a smaller number of passengers.
Anticipating Needs: Fulfilling passenger requests promptly.

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Computer literacy (certificate)
First Aid Certificate (up to date)
Cabin Crew Certificate from an accredited institute
At least 5 years experience with renowned Airlines as Flight Attendant in an increasing level of responsibility: Economy class FA, Business and First Class FA, Purser, and/or experience as Private Jet FA.
Professional appearance, grooming skills.
Languages: Fluency in English (ICAO level 5 or higher), proficiency in other international languages like French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin are a plus.
Excellent health (KCAA medical certificate class 2)

Entry level base salary scale from Ksh 60,000 to Ksh 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A per diem of 100 USD per day is granted for every 24 hours away from base.
