Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction and interior design projects from planning through to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Handle client communications, including progress reports and addressing any concerns or changes.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction and interior design industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
PMP certification is a plus.
