Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ruaraka, Nairobi. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, providing customer service, and assisting with sales and marketing efforts.
Develop, present and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, increase customer engagement, and drive sales.
Plan, coordinate and oversee all marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, such as website content, direct marketing, promotional marketing, digital marketing, copywriting, content marketing, social media, email marketing, print ads, events, and collaborations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
Manage the company’s traditional and digital marketing strategies, online presence & advertising where applicable, including website content and social media platforms.
Planning and executing website search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email, social media and advertising campaigns
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Experience in conducting market research
Customer service skills
Sales and Marketing experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
