Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Salesforce across our operations. This role is crucial to driving sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing business processes, and supporting the largest real estate development in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Business Automation:
Import company data into Salesforce and configure Salesforce to fit Unity Homes sales process.
Lead strategy, development, and implementation of Unity Homes’ CRM (Salesforce).
Implement new CRM tools and collaborate to improve business processes.
Holistic integrations of Salesforce and SAP for full ERP benefits.
Integrate marketing campaigns, analyse buyer behaviour, and maintain CRM databases.
System Administration:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce CRM system, including audits, upgrades, and user management.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and manage system security.
Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support, troubleshoot critical issues, and document system configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and test new features.
Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for sales staff to maximize Salesforce usage.
Provide ongoing support and create user guides for the CRM platform.
Reporting & Analytics:
Design and build custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators(KPIs) and gain actionable insights into sales performance, leads, and opportunities.
Analyse data trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
Collaboration & Integration:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align CRM needs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing appropriate updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate marketing automation tools and strategies with the CRM.
Support the alignment of marketing and sales efforts by implementing lead tracking, campaign management, and customer segmentation within Salesforce.
Skills and Experience:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce.
Proficiency in web/app development and digital marketing.
Soft Skills:
Pragmatic, flexible, and with strong commercial judgment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
