Operations and Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations and administration Management: Oversee all clinic operations, including staff reporting time, productivity, and administrative tasks.
Customer Service: Ensure high-quality patient service and address any service-related issues promptly and effectively.
Debt Collections: Manage and follow up on debt collections mostly with insurance health cover providers to maintain financial health and stability.
Staff Management and Leadership: Supervise and support clinic staff, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and performance standards.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Business Development: Identify and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve clinic services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
5+ Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
