Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Functional Consultant with a strong background in ERP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing HR processes within an ERP framework. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and ensure that the ERP system is configured and customized to meet those requirements.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Support
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of ERP HR module implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Customize and configure the ERP system to align with specific HR needs and business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP HR modules.
Business Process Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document HR business processes.
Identify gaps between current processes and ERP system capabilities, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure that HR processes are efficiently integrated into the ERP system.
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the ERP implementation process.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionality and capabilities of the ERP HR modules.
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their systems are optimized.
Project Management
Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Documentation
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience as an HR Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP implementations.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Proven experience in configuring and customizing ERP HR modules.
Skills
Strong understanding of ERP systems, with specific expertise in HR modules (e.g., SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, Workday).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple ERP systems.
Knowledge of global HR regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in data migration and integration processes within an ERP environment.
Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
