About the job
We are looking for a Head of People for an NGO
Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the NGO or nonprofit sector.
Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Confident in IT
