Responsibilities:
Lead and Optimize Recruitment Processes Leveraging Data to Drive Success
Implement and maintain a strong, process-driven recruitment system that ensures efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is well-structured and fully utilized by recruiters and hiring managers.
Guarantee that all candidate interactions and notes are thoroughly documented within the ATS.
Achieve strong alignment with hiring managers on hiring needs and candidate qualifications.
Establish clear and concise role requirements for all open positions, utilizing automations to streamline and expedite the recruitment process.
Use ATS-based reports to evaluate recruiting performance, guide decision-making and improve results.
Drive Candidate Attraction and Sourcing and Champion a Candidate-Centric Experience
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and robust candidate pool through multiple channels.
Focus on enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent who are eager to join Pula and foster a reputation that makes candidates excited to work with you and Pula.
Ensure candidates receive timely and constructive feedback and maintain regular, friendly, and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, making every candidate feel valued and respected.
Foster a High-Performing and Engaged Team
Develop a high-performing recruiting team through mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the recruiting function.
Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and strategic objectives.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading talent acquisition teams in a hyper-growth company environment
Systems and Process Thinking: Experience setting up and managing an ATS and designing effective and efficient talent acquisition processes and systems
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data and metrics. Ability to solve problems by using data
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate internally and externally
Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Candidates should have a collaborative leadership style, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
