Key Account Manager – Modern Trade B2B Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Relationships:

Build and sustain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for the accounts.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Drive sales and revenue growth by developing strategic plans and executing sales activities.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Trade Marketing and Promotions:

Align and execute trade marketing and promotional activities with the overall business strategy.
Develop in-store visibility plans and ensure effective implementation.

Account Management:

Monitor and manage account performance, ensuring targets are met.
Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with distributors and other partners to enhance product visibility and availability.

Skill & Experience
Experience:

4-6 years of sales experience in handling MT in FMCG industry.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Ms excel

Education:

Bachelor degree / marketing management degree.

Personal Attributes:

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
