Responsibilities
Forecasts and plans individual selling targets executes and drives results to meet a set target;
Keeps follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment;
Manages and supports distributors of assigned country (Kenya);
Works to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage;
Presents Mindray Patient Monitoring and Life Support products in professional fairs and exhibitions;
Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, work plans and territory market analyses;
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules;
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management team;
Coordinates Service team to solve customer complaints;
Feedback to R&D team according to sales status with the purpose of product optimization;
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines;
Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales/clinical experience in the field of Medical Devices is preferred;
Excellent communication skills in English;
Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
Able to travel frequently in Kenya
