Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to drive financial success.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting best practices for internal and external audits.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
