Specific Tasks and Deliverables
Conduct a quick virtual or other form of pre- training needs assessment, based on the profile of the participants – their roles, prior training, expectations, etc.
Development/refinement of learning objectives, methods, and tools, based on a clear understanding of the TOR, participants’ assessment results, and additional inputs from the regional office HROD Department.
Prepare, submit, and present a well-organized content schedule and related training material including preworkshop read at least 7- 10 day before the training date in soft and hard copy.
Develop training evaluation form and conduct pre- and post-training tests and submit the results.
Provide coaching services for participants during the training session based on their observation and participants requests.
Develop the list of equipment and materials which are necessary to conduct the training.
Provide clear instructions/directions for class exercises.
Requirements
Qualification and experience
The lead trainer needs to have master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Leadership, Management, Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field of study
The training/consulting company or at least the lead trainer need to have 10+ years of experience in facilitating similar leadership trainings. Out of which 5 years is in an INGO/Development sector.
Have a qualification of Master Trainer.
Fluency in English language. French is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively as a team
Have an experienced and qualified co-facilitator.
Legal
Valid Certificate of Consultancy Service.
Valid Trading License.
Valid Tax Registration Certificate (indicating PIN and Tax Compliance Certificate).
