Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution.
Develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and vision.
Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives tdrive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance competitive positioning
Oversee the execution of strategic projects and monitor progress against strategic goals
Cross Functional Cordination
Collaborate with senior executives and department heads tintegrate strategic priorities across all functions.
Foster a culture of strategic thinking and innovation throughout the organization
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis and research tdrive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Performance Monitoring & Measurment.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) tmeasure the success of strategic initiatives.
Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed
Strategic Project Management
Oversee the execution of major strategic initiatives and projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams tensure successful project delivery
Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks.
Change Management
Lead change management efforts related tthe implementation of strategic initiatives
Address and resolve challenges tensure effective strategy execution
Drive adherence tbrand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials and channels
Communication and Reporting
Communicate strategic goals and initiatives effectively across the organization.
Prepare and present strategic reports and updates tsenior management and stakeholders.
Must Have Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy formulation, planning, management consulting, or a role, with a proven track record of successfully leading strategy.
Excellent leadership and Collaboration skills; the ability twork effectively with a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability tinterpret data, identify trends, and draw sound conclusions.
Proven ability tthink strategically and execute strategy projects through effective project management
Adaptability & continuous Learning: the ability tquickly grasp new concepts and adapt tchanging priorities within the dynamic business environment.
