Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products/services.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide excellent post-sales support and address any client concerns or issues.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management
Knowledge of SaaS platforms and analytics
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Flexibility to work in a hybrid remote setup
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
