Contact Centre Sales Agent Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities

Meeting or exceeding your sales goals by successfully pitching the company products to customers
Helping customers to retrieve the necessary documents to meet the criteria for financing
Promote the company financing benefits, explain why our short term loans can assist their business and negotiate the terms of the loan when needed.
Guide users through registration on the company app, application, and KYC process.
Answer questions regarding the Company, explain technical app features and its benefits to the user, and offer the best customer support.
Ensure the user experience is positive throughout the life cycle, even if the outcome is unsuccessful.
Promptly identify and resolve problems directly impacting the client. Be able to troubleshoot basic inquiries of the company app.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed Trade Desk metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service. Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly KPI’s and liaise with the Trade Desk Manager to ensure a seamless service to clients and users.
Timely reporting to Trade Desk Manager, regarding client engagements, customer feedback, applications, etc. Achieve agreed-upon Performance Metrics /KPI’s within the stipulated schedule.
Engage Customers on repayments & Collections obligations.
Adjust the script provided to better meet the needs and interests of specific individuals within the potential customers.
Provide support to other departments when/if needed.
Respond to client and user queries via WhatsApp, email and phone and assist in resolving any issues that may arise with app usage. Also respond to queries regarding financing, applications to financing, and deal finalization.

Key Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven work experience as a contact center Sales Agent (Over 3 years)
Familiarity with Zoho CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Experience working in the agri sector or a financial institution will be an added advantage
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Convincing, assertive and yet customer service oriented
Persistent, detail oriented and accurate
Hard working
Can work both independently and collaboratively
Competitive and wants to be successful
Able to effectively manage their time
