Roles and Responsibilities
Care and Coordination

Providing nursing care to patients in an outpatient gynecology setting, including triage, assessment, vaccination, family planning, phlebotomy and other procedures.
Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.
Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests as guided by the physician on duty.
Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
Give clients health education and advice on health matters as per Ministry of Health and International guidelines.
Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered to patients through excellent communication, timely treatment plans and patient referral and professional care
Efficiently collaborate with logistics team during deployment for healthcare services as required.
Conduct emergency care as and when deemed necessary. 
Administrative duties in the clinic as advised by your supervisor.

Quality

Work with your supervisor to develop and implement relevant healthcare guidelines, standard operational procedures and policies and recommend improvements and adjustments where necessary.
Deliver quality and complete assignments with clear documentation.
Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports as per the Ministry of Health and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Nursing.
At least 3 years post internship experience in a clinical setting with experience in gynaecology or women’s health.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
ACLS/BLS/EMONC certification (desirable).
Must have working computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
Certificate of Registration from the respective professional regulatory body. 
Valid Professional Practice License.
