Responsibilities:
Project Management and Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Identify potential risks and issues, creating contingency plans and tracking the resolution of issues.
Quality Assurance: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain high standards of quality assurance, including proofing all project documentation.
Communications: Manage communications with stakeholders, the team, and management. Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Telecommunication engineering
Minimum Previous Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Telecommunication and related projects
Over 3 years’ experience in project management and delivery of related projects
Experience in network survey and design of fiber networks and both LAN connections
Excellent knowledge of both fiber technologies and WiFi technologies
Knowledge and experience in Using project management tools such as Zoho and MS projects
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Minimum Additional Training:
Project management training is desirable
