Job Role
This role provides ongoing support for SAP systems to ensure optimum performance in the organisation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Respond promptly to user issues and troubleshoot problems to resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on SAP system functionality.
Create training materials and documentation to assist users in utilizing SAP effectively.
Diagnose and analyse SAP system issues to identify root causes.
Implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.
Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and industry best practices.
Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new features or technologies that align with business needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP system functionalities.
Design and develop new functionalities or enhance existing ones to improve overall system efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
SAP certification in relevant modules.
Experience
5 Years of experience
Skills
Proven experience in SAP system support and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and configurations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous learner with a proactive approach to staying updated on SAP developments.
Experience in designing and developing SAP functionalities based on business requirements.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and other modern SAP technologies.
Familiarity with integration between SAP and other enterprise systems
