We are seeking a motivated acceleration specialist who will ensure the growth and development of businesses within the program, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring that investments yield the desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Business Coaches and Entrepreneur reporting leads.
Evaluate enterprises and identify growth opportunities aligned with their goals and market dynamics.
Provide mentorship to entrepreneurs, offering expert advice on business strategy, market positioning, and growth opportunities.
Implement and manage acceleration programs, workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing business skills and innovation.
Facilitate monitoring and evaluation process for partnered businesses.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in business analysis, strategic development and entrepreneurship.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Preference for degree in a business-related course or related field.
