PERSON SPECIFICATION 
Academic Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Experience 

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns preferably coming from a B2B/B2C marketing for IT Companies 
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse and high-performing marketing team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to measure and improve marketing performance. 
Demonstrable experience of building and executing marketing strategies that positively impact awareness and pipeline growth
Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to craft compelling and differentiated value propositions and messaging.
Extensive knowledge and experience in various marketing channels and tools, such as web, email, social media, paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation.
Hands-on experience in creating and managing high-quality marketing content, such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
Experience in planning and executing successful events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.
Experience in building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with external partners, such as media outlets, industry associations, influencers, and analysts.
Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, best practices, and technologies, and eager to learn and innovate.
Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords is preferred
