Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Development – Will develop, implement, and deliver business development targets as pr the sales plan by mapping and reviewing prospects, attending pitch meetings and reviewing engagement contracts. The jobholder will also conduct regular need-based market research to gather relevant data in order to analyse products, services, competition and trends.
Client Relationship Management – Will establish and maintain business relationships with consultant doctors and medical fraternity, insurance companies and corporate clients
Communication and reporting – This will entail effectively communicating and promoting products, services, packages, plans, features and benefits to the existing and prospective clients. The job holder will also compile and maintain reports as necessary for decision meaning
Team Management – The successful candidate will guide and supervise the client relations team to accomplish their tasks and meet performance targets
Qualifications & Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role, in business development and team management. Experience in the Health Industry is preferred.
