Reports to: Medical Director
Specific Responsibilities and Duties
Co-ordinating care with multidisciplinary team.
Clerking, diagnosing and management of illnesses in collaboration with the doctors and Nurses
Providing clinical emergency care to patients and staff
Ensure smooth operations in the unit.
Performing clinical procedures including minor surgeries
Ensuring all medical records are up to date on daily basis
Collaborate with a team of health care professionals in sharing expertise and knowledge.
Give supportive resources on the patient and the families to promote positive patient outcomes.
Ensure that patients experience positive and satisfactory healthcare services.
Education And Experience
Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery
At least 3 years experience in a busy Health Care Facility.
Working experience in dialysis unit or certificate in Renocare will be an added advantage.
Must be a registered member of Clinical Officers Council
