Responsibilities
Photography skills and Videography skills.

Take clear and high-quality photos and videos of the products, projects during marketing campaigns, our staff showcasing the products, and events etc edit the photos and videos taken ready for posting.

Content Management:

Spearhead and champion the company marketing and promotion unit.
Create videos, graphics, and other digital assets.
Update content on various platforms.

Graphics and Video Creation:

Create graphics, videos, creatives, and other digital assets for posting.
Take clear, high-quality photos and videos of products, projects, and events, and edit them for posting.

Innovative Ideas:

Propose and implement innovative ideas to induce creative growth strategies.
Spear-head the creation of video, soft, and hard copy content, and update various forums.

Website Management:

Upload new products and manage website activities to enhance sales and customer interactions.
Ensure the website is always updated and functional.
Develop digital computers or computer-controlled robots to perform tasks commonly associated with intelligent beings.
Implement smart chatbots for a personalized end-user experience and a website response system for instant replies.

Marketing Research:

Conduct market research, competitor sales analysis, and due diligence to improve product development and showroom facelift.
Analyze new customer trends and needs.

Social Media Management:

Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
Develop distinct online campaigns to promote content and attract followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging channels and network capabilities.

Performance Tracking:

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and achieve the sales monthly target.
Assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Brand Building and Execution:

Oversee promotion on radio, newspapers, TV, billboards, company stationery, and vehicle branding.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop strategies to increase the number of visitors/clicks to company websites by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.

Affiliate Marketing:

Promote content on other websites using digital networking.

Database Management:

Maintain an updated business customer database with correct contact information relevant for managing marketing efforts.

Analytics:

Conduct research and lead analysis and reporting on social media performance.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reviews and insight-based planning sessions to identify and define audience requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a digital marketer or relevant IT administrative support for a minimum of 2 years.
Relevant degree or certification and equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to drive followership growth and engagement on social media.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure, quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
Resourceful with an ability to adapt to changing business circumstances.
Ability to handle confidential information and work well under pressure.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Social media analytics experience and knowledge of marketing ROI calculations are a must.
Must be comfortable crafting strategic marketing plans and presenting them to management and clients.
Familiarity with B2B in a trading industry is a plus
