Responsibility
Coordinate recruitment and on boarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries regarding benefits and policies.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and management.
Coordinating & Facilitating the Staff Disciplinary Committee meetings/functions including secretarial duties
Maintain accurate and timely payroll, budget, and HR records Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employment legislation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
