Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Social Media Management: Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company’s social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Conduct live sessions on TikTok and Facebook to engage with our audience.
Write compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.
Manage and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor, respond to, and manage conversations with followers to build a strong community.
Proficiency in various image and video editing tools, such as Photoshop, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Editor or similar role.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Experience with Google and Facebook ads management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and SEO principles.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Strong ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Market Research: Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor dynamics, and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
Data Analysis: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of social media operations, write data reports, and adjust operational strategies based on data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail industry trends.
