Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager is fully responsible for driving the B2B Sales strategy for Vivo. The job holder will be responsible for optimizing revenues through effective market scoping and research to identify opportunities and close on corporate deals. They will be required to achieve revenue targets, report on the performance of the portfolio, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential B2B clients and bulk buyers for Vivo products.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing corporate clients and bulk buyers.
Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze vendor sales data, order levels and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and provide actionable insights to other stakeholders in the business.
In collaboration with the Content Management/Website team, develop a corporate catalogue featuring available styles in order to facilitate online corporate sales
Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in both target regions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years proven track record of success in B2B sales in both local and regional markets in retail and fashion industry will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting, and client relationship management.
Knowledge of supply chain management and order fulfillment processes is an added advantage
