CRM Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Sales Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes, with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing CRM solutions to enhance business operations and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand business requirements related to CRM and sales processes.
Design, configure, and implement CRM solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
Provide functional expertise and recommendations regarding CRM best practices and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of CRM systems.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of CRM tools.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CRM functionality and performance.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
Stay current with the latest CRM technologies, updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CRM Functional Consultant, with a focus on sales processes.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems
Experience in configuring and customizing CRM solutions to meet specific business needs.
Excellent understanding of sales processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
