Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Customer Relations Manager with a strong background in architecture and interior design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the coordination of design projects. This role requires a unique blend of architectural knowledge, interior design expertise, and exceptional communication skills to provide our clients with a seamless and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with design and architectural teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and presentations.

Design Expertise:

Provide expert advice on architectural and interior design aspects of projects.
Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding design choices, materials, and finishes.
Review and approve design plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Business Development:

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate new business.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company’s services.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate project budgeting and invoicing.
Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer relations, project management, and design.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, interior design trends, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
