Requirement
M.Sc. or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5 – 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multinational company.
Excellent influencing and communication skills with diverse experience in coaching and developing talent and teams.
Experience handling the full HR lifecycle processes including but not limited to talent and performance reviews, rewards management, employee engagement, and relations.
Fluency in English.
Open to travel in East Africa when needed.
