Hotel Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, initiatives, and ensure everyone is aligned with the hotel’s vision.

Guest Services:

Oversee and enhance guest experiences, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain service standards to exceed guest expectations.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Operational Excellence:

Efficiently manage daily hotel operations, including admin/front desk, marketing, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients,suppliers and other partners.
Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.

Event Management:

Coordinate and oversee all the events hosted at the hotel.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful event execution.

Digital marketing:

Ensure content creation about the business and posting them on social media platforms I.e Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and other platforms available and regularly engaging customers by responding to their queries on social media.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a hotel supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Sales and marketing expertise, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office and admin.
Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets.
Good customer service skills.
Excellent digital marketing skills or social media management and active on them.
Conversant with Ms office/admin.

Education:

Atleast a diploma in hospitality management or a business-related field.
