JOB SUMMARY
As a Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our club, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our members and guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Manage and supervise daily operations of the club, including facilities, staff, and activities.
Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
Train, mentor, and motivate club staff to deliver excellence in service.
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of club events and activities.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections.
Preparation of reports on club activities, budget, and performance as required.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve club operations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in a Business or Culinary course
3 years experience in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
