As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological future. Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy and Innovation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business goals.
Identify emerging technologies and opportunities for innovation.
Technical Leadership:
Oversee all technical aspects, including systems architecture, software development, network infrastructure, and data security.
Ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Project Management:
Coordinate technical projects from inception to completion.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and maintain the IT budget.
Ensure the IT infrastructure meets evolving company needs.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations) to align technology initiatives.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
Help departments use technology profitably.
Quality Assurance and Data Protection:
Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
Requirements:
3-5 years Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role within an ICT company.
Knowledge of technological trends and the ability to build a strategic technology roadmap.
Understanding of budgets and business planning.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
