Accounts Assistant Social Media Manager IT Support Technician

Oneway Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and updated financial spreadsheets.
Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Maintaining an accurate debtor’s ageing analysis report.
Ensuring timely payments of suppliers in conjunction with the procurement department.
Handle routine accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
Assist in auditing financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with the finance team to support financial projects and initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least CPA II or ACCA equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting or finance department
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team and follow established procedures.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
