The Position

The Roche East Africa Leadership Program (REAL) is a 2-year rotational development program at Roche. The program is designed for high-potential individuals at an early stage of their career (with max 2 years working experience) accelerates their professional development and enables them to be key contributors to Roche’s purpose and what patients need next. REAL offers 5 main positions: Medical Affairs/Market Access, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance, Customer Support/Professional Services, Business Administration/Finance, and Sales & Marketing/Commercial.

Program Characteristics/Scope

A rotational talent development program
2 years in different disciplines, 3 or 4 assignments
Contributing to purpose driven projects and taking responsibilities from day 1
Participants will have access to senior leaders and will be assigned to a mentor to support their career journey

Who are you?
As an ideal candidate you have:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Human Resources or any related field
At an early stage in your career: 0-2 years relevant work experience in Finance or Human Resources
Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to influence stakeholder decisions
Eagerness to work with diverse cultures
Passion for learning new things and high degree of integrity and courage
Being a self-starter (proactive) / driven and a team player
Excellent communication and innovation skills
Proficient in English
